Mr. Marcelin Abu 

           Allow me to introduce myself. I am Mr. Marcelin ABU, a young technical executive in the Environment Department. I have 11 years of professional experience in fields such as sustainable management of natural resources, management of protected areas, pollution control, reforestation and protection of the rights of indigenous peoples, during which I have acquired solid and diversified expertise in the field of the environment.

Since my early days in this exciting field, I have attached great importance to preserving our planet and putting in place sustainable practices to preserve our ecosystems. Thanks to my in-depth knowledge of ecology, I have been able to develop innovative strategies aimed at reconciling economic development and environmental protection.

My passion for protecting the environment and my vocation for environmental issues led me to specialise in complex, cross-disciplinary projects. I have worked actively on reforestation and conservation initiatives, helping to preserve fragile ecosystems. I have also been involved in the fight against pollution, developing innovative strategies to reduce harmful emissions and promote sustainable practices.

My contribution to the management of protected areas has been particularly rewarding. I have developed inclusive approaches, taking into account the interests of different stakeholders while preserving biodiversity. I have built strong partnerships with local communities and indigenous peoples, ensuring that their rights are respected and integrated into conservation initiatives.

As a leader, I have always sought to inspire and mobilise teams around common goals. My patience, determination and diplomacy have enabled me to overcome the challenges I have faced throughout my career. I firmly believe that collaboration is the key to achieving concrete results in the environmental field.

Finally, my passion for protecting the rights of indigenous peoples has led me to become actively involved in their recognition and respect. I have worked closely with these communities to ensure that their voices are heard and taken into account in all decisions relating to the environment.
